Tariffs are per person, per night and include all meals.

Children below 5 years stay complimentary; 5–12 years are charged at 50%.

Pets are welcome with prior intimation and must be leashed in common areas.

Alcohol is not served on the property; guests may carry their own for in-cottage consumption.

Loud music and parties are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

Bookings are confirmed only against a 50% advance payment.

Cancellations 15+ days before arrival are refunded in full; 7–14 days at 50%; under 7 days are non-refundable.

Government ID is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in.

The management is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
